Adya for delivery teams

Answer “where is my order” and recover failed deliveries

Tracking questions and failed deliveries fill a support queue faster than anything else. Adya answers status questions with live tracking on every channel, calls customers after a non-delivery to fix the address or slot, and reschedules before the parcel goes back.

  • 10–25%[1]of support queries are “where is my order” in normal months, rising to 15–40% at peak (DigitalGenius estimate)
  • 24×7tracking answers on chat, WhatsApp and phone
  • ₹0.115[2]Meta's fee per WhatsApp delivery update in India

Tracking calls crowd out real problems

Most delivery support contacts ask the same thing — where is it and when will it arrive — and the answer is already in your system. Every one a person answers is a person not working on a damaged parcel or a lost shipment.

Failed deliveries are the expensive ones. A non-delivery report (NDR) that nobody follows up within a day turns into a return. A quick call to fix the address or pick a new slot saves the shipment.

Rules that apply to delivery teams

Not legal advice — the rules we design around, with the source for each.

Delivery updates are utility messages[3]

Shipment status, delivery attempts and rescheduling for an order the customer placed are utility templates in Meta's categories, at ₹0.115 in India.

Addresses under the DPDP Act[4]

Delivery addresses and phone numbers are personal data. Use them to deliver, and keep call recordings and transcripts on a defined retention period.

Service calls, not promotions[5]

NDR and delivery calls about an existing shipment are service calls. Keep promotions out of them so they stay in the service category under TRAI's rules.
