Adya for institutes

Answer every admission enquiry while the student is still deciding

Admission season brings a flood of enquiries in a few weeks, and the institute that calls back first is the one that gets the counselling session. Adya calls every enquiry, answers course, fee and batch questions, and books the session with your counsellor.

  • Same daycallback for every enquiry, even at the peak of admission season
  • 18[2]the age under which the DPDP Act requires a parent's verifiable consent
  • 11languages for students and parents: English plus 10 Indian languages

Admission season outruns the counselling team

Enquiries from ads, portals and the website spike for a few weeks a year. Counsellors spend those weeks dialling numbers that don't pick up and repeating the same answers about fees, eligibility and batch timings.

Parents call too, often in their own language and often in the evening. An agent that answers both, books the session and passes the warm leads to counsellors keeps the team on conversations that need a person.

What Adya handles for institutes

Rules that apply to institutes

Not legal advice — the rules we design around, with the source for each.

Children's data needs parental consent[2]

The DPDP Act requires verifiable consent from a parent or guardian before processing the personal data of anyone under 18, and bars tracking or targeted advertising directed at children. Speak to parents for minors.

Enquiry callbacks are promotional calls[1]

Calls to prospective students are promotional under TRAI's rules: use a registered 140-series number and respect DND preferences. Adya's campaigns hold calls to 10:00–19:00.

Fee reminders are utility messages[3]

A fee reminder for an enrolled student is a utility template in Meta's categories, at ₹0.115 in India. Course promotions are marketing.
